As an important part of this strategic cooperation, Allmed Medical Products Co., Ltd. has acquired 100% equity of Lohmann & Rauscher China Medical Products Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lohmann & Rauscher Group in China, and obtained the exclusive agency for Lohmann & Rauscher's wound management, negative pressure wound therapy , and bandages in the China’s market. This strong alliance not only includes equity and business cooperation between the two parties in China but also covers a supply and marketing strategic cooperation at the group level. This comprehensive transaction is another major initiative to further consolidate the multi-level strategic cooperation between the two parties, following their strategic cooperation in China's advanced wound dressing business in November 2024.
